By creating an account you can easily access order details and save details for a smoother checkout. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. After purchasing through Galvan you will receive an email confirming your order. Once shipped, you will receive a second confirmation email with a tracking number enclosed.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order can be changed once submitted. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be modified or cancelled

All orders are delivered in branded Galvan packaging, suitable for gifting.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation via email with a tracking number enclosed. Orders are shipped with UPS. You can track your package by entering your tracking number on the shipping service website.

All orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the courier will make two further delivery attempts.

Regular processing time is up to 2 business days. You should receive your parcel within 7 business days from placing the order. Delivery time may differ depending on the country and rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. During sales periods, Christmas and Bank Holidays, a slight delay in shipping may result from an increased number of orders.

We are currently unable to offer a collect in-store option.

Please note, as orders are shipped from the UK, orders over $2,500 USD may require further clearance via UPS on behalf of local Customs. This is a routine check completed on behalf of local Customs and they may request your unique tax ID and SSN to verify you as the importer. 

Deliveries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. Duties and taxes are calculated based on your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in your shopping cart at checkout. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

All store purchases are non-refundable. However, we do offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Our made-to-order service offers you the opportunity to have a selected item (subject to applicability and availability) recut in the colour of your choice from our swatch selections. There is an additional charge for this service which will be confirmed by the team, and the charge being is taken upfront. Kindly note that we currently do not offer made-to-measure pieces.

Made-to-order pieces are usually produced and shipped within 12 to 14 weeks. Our Private Clients team will be in contact every step of the way.

If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you have 14 days upon delivery to return for a refund, exchange or credit note (valid for 12 months). Items received outside of this period will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. Items bought through our archive or sample sale are final sale and not eligible for refunds, exchanged or credit notes. 

All products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all Galvan tags and labels attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without labels will be refused and returned to the customer.

We don’t accept returns or claims of Galvan London pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.

Please note a returning fee of £10 / €10 / $10 will be charged for the returned items. This fee does not apply for exchanges or credit notes.

Follow the steps on the portal and submit your request for the exchange. Please note that the item requested for exchange is subject to availability and our customer service team will confirm this for you. The item requested for exchange will only be sent once the return has been received and inspected by our team.

Once the item(s) have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of purchase payment within 14 working days. For exchange items, the confirmed exchange piece will be shipped. Confirmation will be issued via email.

Yes, you can return your online purchase in our London or New York stores. Please note your order will be refunded once it reaches our warehouse. 

For all woven pieces, if loops are included ensure they are positioned correctly on the hanger to avoid stretching over time. All knitted pieces should be folded and not hung, to ensure they keep their shape over time.
